Oregon operates a mutual consent registry for adult adoptees (age 21), birth parent(s), biological siblings (age 21), and parents of deceased birth parent(s). Registration is $25.

Non-identifying information is available for a fee of $45 to adoptees 18 or older, birth parent(s), adoptive parents, and in the event of the death of an adoptee, an adoptee's spouse and children if they are 18 or older.

UPDATE: Confidential intermediary system. Adoptees, birth parents or siblings can request a search.
